1/2 cup water
sea salt to taste
optional ingredients: lemon zest, lime zest, 1 -2 T. flavored vinegar,
- Combine mustard and water in a bowl and mix well.
- Stir in salt and taste.
- Add optional ingredients, if desired.
- Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
- Refrigerate -- keeps for about a month in a tightly sealed jar.
