Simple Mustard

1/2 cup dry mustard
1/2 cup water
sea salt to taste

optional ingredients: lemon zest, lime zest, 1 -2 T. flavored vinegar,

  1. Combine mustard and water in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Stir in salt and taste.
  3. Add optional ingredients, if desired.
  4. Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving.
  5. Refrigerate -- keeps for about a month in a tightly sealed jar.
