Beef Chili

2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
3 - 4 minced garlic cloves
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 - 2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
14 oz. beef broth
3 (8 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 (4.5 oz) can chopped green chiles, undrained
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a large Dutch oven over medium heat till meat is no longer pink.
2. Drain, and stir in spices.
3. Add tomato paste, and stir.
4. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, cover, and reduce heat to low.
6. Simmer 2 hours.

  1. I would wonder about the tomato paste, but i look forward to trying some of these. Mom I can tell you're having fun!
