    2 fried eggs, one sliced tomato, half avocado, handful sweet potato fries

    Snack:

    Sweet potato fries, cashews/almonds

    L: pork, onions, peppers, prunes, tomato juice

    S: almonds, banana, cashews, dried apple rings

    D: meatloaf, green beans, apple

    Sodolaks - 14oz sirloin, grilled onions and mushrooms, green beans

    Dinner:

    Grilled chicken, sweet potato mash, broccoli, pecans
