1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cup salad greens
2 grapefruit, cut into segments
2 avocados, peeled and sliced
10 oz. cooked shrimp
1 scallion, thinly sliced
- Combine vinegar, salt, and chili powder in a small bowl. Whisk in oil.
- Place salad greens on 4 plates.
- Top with grapefruit, avocado, and shrimp.
- Sprinkle with scallions then drizzle with chili-dressing.
