    Same as yesterday, scrambled eggs, sauteed pepper, half avocado and a banana.

    Morning snack:

    Apple, carrot, cashews

  2. breakfast: 2 eggs over easy, grapes

    snacks: raisins, pepitas, dried apple, cashews, carrot stix

    lunch: lemon-pepper baked chicken breast, mixed veggies with garlic viniagrette

    dinner: roasted beets, steamed green cabbage, pork with peppers & onions

    Rosemary Steak, some veggie can't remember, almond butter

    Snack:

    Cashews

    Dinner:

    Poor choice at jasons deli, made my own sandwich wo bread, next time I'll do the salad instead
