Deviled Eggs

6 eggs
4 Tbsp. homemade mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
paprika

  1. Combine 4 cups ice and 4 cups water in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Remove pan from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour off water and gently shake pan to crack egg shells,
  5. Transfer eggs to ice water and cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
  7. Transfer yolks to a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  8. Arrange egg halves on a plate and fill with yolk mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
