Day 12 Food Blog

breakfast: turkey sausage, grapefruit, strawberries

lunch: tuna salad, pepitas, grilled vegetables

snacks: dried figs, dried apples, walnuts

dinner: flank steak salad (greens, tomatoes, avocado) w/garlic vinaigrette, green beans, steamed broccoli-cauliflower-carrots

  1. Sorry mom, totally droppin the ball on this thing. I did eat yestrday, though I couldn't begin to tell you what!

    Here is today:

    Breakfast: sauteed onion, bell pepper and tomato cooked in an omellete (sp?)

    Lunch: Chipotle salad of lettuce, onion & pepper, steak, pico, guacamole, salsa and at home added olive oil and balsamic vinegar w/ pepper

    Dinner: pan fried some kinda cut of steak w/ some left over orange peel, it actually turned out really good and threw in some frozen veggies on the oil/orange stuff, chopped up the beef and had it together as a stir-fry, not bad!

    Snack: Cashews

    (I need to go shopping tomorrow!!)
