Silvia's Roasted Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, washed, and broken into bite-sized florets
2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves garlic, peeled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place cauliflower into a large ziploc bag. Add olive oil. Seal bag and shake.
  3. Open bag, add garlic, salt, and pepper. Seal and shake.
  4. Spritz a 13x9 inch baking dish with oil.
  5. Pour cauliflower and garlic into dish.
  6. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or till cauliflower begins to turn golden. Remove from oven and pour cauliflower and garlic into a serving dish.
