Day 10 (1/3 through!) - food log

This is getting easier!

    Ground turkey, garlic, green pepper and mushroom pan fried (delicious), half avocado

    breakfast: baked tomato egg, 1/2 grapefruit

    lunch: mega turkey salad

    snacks: banana, walnuts, dried dates, cashews

    dinner: meatoaf, artichoke, sweet potato fries

    Dinner: pan fried steak, broccoli
