Day 9 Food Blog

breakfast: baked tomato-egg, banana, almonds

lunch: meatloaf, 1/2 sweet potato, roasted cauliflower, carrot & raisin salad

snacks: pecans, mango, walnuts, prunes

dinner: large salad - greens, chopped vegies, pickled cucumbers & onions, chopped turkey, garlic viniagrette, slivered almonds

    Usual pepper and scrambled eggs and avocado

    Lunch:
    Left over pan fried steak, steamed assorted veggies

    Snack: carrots, almonds

    Dinner:
    Paleo meatloaf (this was amazing by the way), broccoli
