Day 15

breakfast: beef scramble, 1/2 grapefruit, 1/2 avocado

lunch: gumbo, banana, almonds

snacks: strawberries, dried apple slices, walnuts

dinner: stuffed bell pepper, steamed carrots, asparagus, orange

    S: almonds, banana
